Create new icons for the Wise plugin

The WISE plugin currently does not have a icon associated with it. There are two new icons will be as follows:

Icon 1:
Background: Web Client
Foreground: 'Wise' (purple font color)
Size: 32x32

Icon 2:
Background: Web Client
Foreground: 'W' (purple font color)
Size: 16x16
