Announcements do not display correctly in Internet Explorer

    Description

      Announcements are not displaying correctly when logging into the Web Client using Internet Explorer. The announcement is displaying as a blob of text, the formatting of the announcement is not kept.

          On 01/22/2016, the 1.7.07 Release was made available at the following locations.
