Under most conditions users will use the REST / SOAP service calls to access files on the FRC. In the rare conditions where users will need to have more direct access, an administrator of the server will need to create an account on the server with the same username and password as the one in the Project Management (PM) cell. At this point the user can use the File Viewer in the workbench to access the server with FTP, SFTP or a third-party client.
