Ontology Mapper Minutes

Present on call: Rob, Hillari, Davera, Marco, Maggie, Tara Payne (OSU), Prakash, Paul, Mark W.

1)     Data will be delivered to study specific data marts via a view based mechanism.  We have verified this architecture with Shawn Murphy at Partners.

2)     Prakash walked through the latest database design

3)     Davera will meet with Prakash to make sure that the encoding dimension has enough descriptive fields

4)     Mark Weiner prefix topic: finding related concepts and the linkage to lexGrid in workbench.  Talked about description logics and decided that this linkage is out of scope for the Ontology Mapper project.

5)     Use cases for QA: Davera will be using Aggastina (which is a Framingham derivative and not Charlston.  Mark Weiner has some data for her to use.  Davera feels that this is fairly straightforward.  She will be working on this over the next week for Hillari.
