Ontology Mapper Minutes

9/23/08  

1)     HL7 Balloting is wrapping up and it looks like we made it.

2)     On Wednesday Rob will make a site visit to Davis

3)     We are beginning our test data generation work.  Davera and Hillari have gotten started.

4)     Prakash as the UI for exiting and pending queries running (Dash Board) and User Info

5)     Prakash is working through issues on the Data Discovery UI

6)     Rob attended the i2b2 kick-off meeting.  They will fund the Protégé Prompt plugin for creating new map instance files and they will pay for QA and will handle the introduction of i2b2 into CTSA sites and initiate a user’s group.

7)     John Gennari at U.W. is available for a con-call now with our group.  Rob will prepare an initial work outline (sort of a statement of work) and distribute it to the Ontomapper group before we pull John in…

8)     Review of Ketty’s poster by Mark Weiner

9)     Two papers to get published on OntoMapper (lifecycle and OntoMapper) at March AMIA

10)                        Public site – we will talk about this again next week
