Ontology Mapper Minutes

10/7/08

Present on the call: Rob, Hillari, Paul, Prakash, Ketty, Davera, Marco and Mark

1)     QA status – this is the primary focus of the Ontology Mapper project at this point.

The group is now working on generating a test data set based on our Use Case – Update: Ketty and completed this task now…

2)     Marco – has hired a new person to help publish our schema design paper – Excellent.

3)     We are shooting for a working QA environment in about 3 weeks.

4)     We are now ready for Paul to ETL the test data into Sybase IQ so that we can run regression tests against that.  (Sybase has provided us with an RC3 CD test with i2b2 already loaded in a VM for this task – that VM will be loaded for us next week).  Paul will start in on this the week of the 20 th .

5)     U.W. Status – Nick’s group is coming on line soon.  They are just dealing with Booz Allen Hamilton on the contract negotiation.

6)     CTSA Status – there is a LOT of interest in this project now.

7)     At this point the call was dropped – sorry about that!
