Present on the call: Rob, Hillari, Ketty, Marco, Aaron, Prakash, Davera and Matvey

Welcome to Matvey from Boston !

1)     First we are going to shoot for a short end-to-end QA test that that will later be followed by a much larger regression test.  We are attempting to get the end-to-end QA test done within 1 week.  (this is a QA infrastructure test)

2)     We are setting up a VM on which to run our QA tests – RedHat for now but most likely changing over to Ubuntu

3)     Paul will perform an ETL of the Mark Weiner derived dataset – this will form the basis of an end-to-end QA test

4)     Prakash will provide an interim build for Hillari on Friday

5)     Aaron Abend will talk to Ralph at UMass to get meta data field descriptions – Ketty and Hillari will follow up with Aaron before that

6)     QA software is all purchased – we should have what we need for the end-to-end test

7)     Ketty will publish a data dictionary spreadsheet that outlines the sorts of data we are testing with.

8)     Davera talked about the ballot reconciliation process on HL7 CTS II.  Rob will follow up with the SOA folks at Kaiser offline.

9)     Marco offered meta data descriptions from Rochester (especially radiology data).  (Marco has already followed up – we have that now.  Thanks Marco!)

Okay, that’s it.  Lot ’s of QA work in process now…
