Installing the ACT Web Client on a Linux based Operating System is recommended. Linux fully supports the ACT code base. With Linux, there are no server side code modifications needed.
Windows
Installing the ACT Web Client on a Windows server will require PHP code changes. Code areas affected would be, job scheduling, working directory access, and others.
