4) BioPortal integration is now waiting on fixes from Stanford.  So we are stuck for now.  Ketty will make sure that we have a ticket opened at Stanford. The source terminology cannot be properly annotated at leaf nodes due to a bug in the BioPortal UI.  We also need private NCBO sites working very soon.

5) We have a joint lab meeting (UCSF and Stanford) at Stanford on Thursday of this week.
