The data requests are configured as breakdowns in the QT_QUERY_RESULT_TYPE table. The values are populated dynamically when the user run the data request query.
Following values are stored when the query is run.
VISUAL_ATTRIBUTE_TYPE_ID should be is set to LU for User-created Data request LU
USER_ROLE_CD should be is set to to DATA_LDS for Data Request
