STEPS TO REPRODUCE: 1. Log into the Web Client 2. Click on Help (located in the web client's toolbar) and notice the i2b2 Help window will open. 3. A message will appear saying "Please wait loading help." 4. The help never displays |

Description |
When you click on "Help" in the toolbar, the help window will open but the content does not display. What will display is a message that says: "Please wait loading help." but the help never displays.
