 Description
Running the latest 1.709b webclient, if a query on a term that includes an "&" is run, it will always fail in Chrome and Safari with a popup of "Cell's status message could not be understood."

Other browsers like IE and Firefox work without issue.

Prior to 1.7.10, concept names, tooltips, and dimcodes were being properly escaped. However, this bug would occur when there is an ampersand in the item key (c_fullname).

The item key is now properly escaped in the i2b2 1.7.10 web client.

This was tested in all supported browsers and is is working correctly. The fix will be included in the 1.7.10 release.
