In the Admin module when you click on DB-Lookup under the IM Cell the application appears to crash. You aren't able to click on any other fields or logout of the application. After approximately 1 minute an error is returned in the XML messages and you can begin using the app again.
The error in the xml message simply says:
"Error message delivered from the remote server
You may wish to retry your last action"
The error is never displayed to the user, they would need to know to go into the xml messages to find it.
Basically, there are two issues:
1. error returned when trying to view db-lookup information for IM cell
2. Message should be visible to the user.

|problem was due to the im-ds.xml in the phsi2b2apptest server was erroneously referring to postgresql driver, while the DB is oracle. So, this has been a server setup problem, not a code problem, per ce.|
