 Description
Only the last event added will display in the "Define Order of Events" dropdown menu if multiple events are added before the user views the dropdown menu. In other words if you change the Temporal Constraint to "Define sequence of Events" and then click on the "New Event" button several times only the last event added will display when you click on "Define Order of Events" (see example).

Example of current behavior (prior to this change):

By default the dropdown (not yet opened) contains:
Population in which events occur
Event 1
Event 2
Define order of events

The steps taken by the user are:
1. Enter the Query Tool for the first time.
2. Switches to Temporal Query Tool by selecting "Define sequence of Events at Temporal Constraint.
3. Press "New Event" button 3 times (presumably to create Event 3, 4, 5)

Now when the user clicks on Define Order of Events dropdown , the list only displays the following:

Population in which events occur
Event 1
Event 2
Define order of events
Event 5

CHANGES MADE TO FIX THE ISSUE:
The following outlines the changes made to fix this issue.
1. Now when you click on the New Event button a pop-up window will display to say a new event has been added.
2. All events added will now display in the dropdown menu regardless of when you first open it.
