If I drop a modifier into the timeline concepts list, it says modifiers are not supported.

i2b2 users at our site would like to, for example:

 - Use modifiers in the timeline to see Inpatient Aspirin use only
 - Use modifiers in the timeline to see Diabetes diagnoses in patients only when it is the "Primary Diagnosis"
