Description
This JIRA issue fixes the following three cosmetic issues with the way panels and other information display in the i2b2 Web Client.
Issue # 1: Center the Workplace panel with the panels above (Navigate / Find Terms) and below (Previous Queries / Find) it. Currently the space below it is more than above it.

Issue # 2: Fix the button that displays in the Query Tool. In the group of scrolling buttons that appear in the bottom right of the Query tool, the right edge of the last one does not display. Attached image (qtButtonEdgeMissing.png) shows the problem.

Issue # 3: Labels on the x-axis of graphs are getting truncated if there are a lot of items included in the breakdown. This can be seen in both the Graph Results and Query Report tabs. Attached image (qtGraphNameLost.png) shows the problem.
