PHP proxy does not support ports in automatic detection

    Description

      Deepa from Stanford found an issue with the PHP proxy (index.php) in which PM URL's with ports in i2b2_config_data.js were not being automatically whitelisted by the proxy.

      I found that the regex used to detect URLs did not have a filter for ports.
