The fields on the three new DBLookup pages are named inconsistently. Also, some of the pages are missing information.

The following fields should appear on all of the new pages.

1. Name
2. DB Schema
3. JNDI Data Source
4. DB Server
5. Project Path
6. Owner ID
7. Tooltip
8. Comment


DB Lookup List page
     * all the above fields will be available for display only. No edits can be made to any of the database connection settings.

DB Lookup Add New page
      * all of the above fields are displayed and are available for editing

DB Lookup Details page
      * all of the above fields are displayed and available for editing except Project Path. This field will be be for display purposes only.
