Description
When performing a query using an ontology item with a specification for High/Low in the metadata_xml field, a selection of ‘Normal’ searches for an ‘@’ in the valueflag_cd. However, in the current CRC_Design.pdf:
• Page 10 suggests that Normal is ‘N’ and [null] for an unknown value of valueflag_cd
• Page 12 suggest that ‘@’ is for no value and there is no entry for Normal
