Admin web tool does not load all JS

    Description

      Going thru a fresh install of I2B2 1.6.06 . I unzip the i2b2core-src-1606.zip file and copy the Server/admin directory to my htdocs. Edit the i2b2_config_data.js and run the app in various browsers :

      FireBug reports :

      "NetworkError: 404 Not Found - https://mathews.hmgc.mcw.edu/admin/js-ext/yui/build/treeview/assets/treeview.css"

      I see this file is the sam subdirectory :
       
      [jboss@mathews admin]$ find . -name treeview.css
      ./js-ext/yui/build/treeview/assets/skins/sam/treeview.css
      ./js-ext/yui/build/assets/skins/sam/treeview.css

          Same error when running the webclient form the i2b2webclient-1606.zip file.

          Even after fixing this issue the admin tool no longer looks like the admin tool , but more like the webclient , but with missing CSS files . See : http://i.imgur.com/kHtmt.jpg
