I am setting up i2b2 for the first time. I am currently at the step where I need to generate the data model. Inside of the demo data zip file are many scripts and what appear to be build files (possibly ANT). I have read the "database strategy doc" but it really is a very high level over-view. Does anyone have a README or install guide for executing the DDL scripts for SQL server in support of the i2b2 install? Any help is appreciated. What I am looking for is the sequencing or the ANT command line prototype for doing this (either is fine).
