Changed log level from ERROR to INFO when reporting that multi-fact property not found.
Description
Some users may choose not to add the multi-fact property to the crc.properties file. The code will look for the multi fact property and if not found will state in the log that the property is not found. However this should be an INFO statement, not an ERROR statement in the log.
