Created a query with one diagnosis folder "Chronic Obstructive Disease" - expected ~133 patients. Got result counts ranging from 133 to 398, and one at 665 - all rough factors of 133 (double, triple, quadruple). In the prev queries, one example:

--- Patient Set - ~398 Patients --- ERROR

Once in 5 tries it works correctly for the count only (with analysis view closed and only number of patietns selected).

This looks like a serious problem - the 1.5 system can't really be demonstrated at the moment. demonstration with this system would be impossible.
