OMOP Temporal queries with Excluded concepts dont work

    • Tested temporal queries that have an exclusion defined and it appears to be working correctly.

    Description

      When you create a temporal query that includes an excluded panel, the resulting sql has an observation_fact dependency, so the SQL is invalid.
      This problem was found on oracle.
