[CORE-202] Some concepts in concept_dimension have synonym name - i2b2 JIRA

Tested using Bamboo to run the install scripts. Once the new databases were created I verified the correct number of records were returned and that Hubbards disease did not appear.

Fix the demo data for the i2b2 CONCEPT_DIMENSION table. Currently there are a number of concepts that have the synonym name.

No work has yet been logged on this issue.
