Can be reproduced in all i2b2 environments using the i2b2 demo data.

The problem is the clinical trial concepts are missing from the CONCEPT_DIMENSION table. The data from the BIRN Metadata table have been added to CONCEPT_DIMENSION table

Tested and appears to be working correctly. Tested in all three supported databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, and SQLServer).
Description
When running a query using any of the concepts from the clinical trials folder (demo data) zero patients are always returned.
