Remove hard coded link from the workbench code

    • Tested against build 1.7.02.0004 and it appears to be working correctly.

    Description

      Currently the SMART icon is hard coded to go to different websites. This was initially required during the development phase and is no longer necessary. The hard coded links should be removed from the code so users can link to the SMART application or receive the appropriate error message.
